For my third project for one of my grad school classes I researched the experience of learning how to print on campus and printing on campus. I found that, similar to my experiences, it was often frustrating, but there was an overall sentiment of appreciation. When reading through this case study, take note that I did not talk with the school about how they manage the printers nor what the experience is like managing them. This would be an important next step.
